The Welcome at reception by Lale and Cansu and in the evening Tolga. Then the restaurant and food cuisine was five stars on every occasion. During the days we enjoyed the pool games and entertainment personnel, in particular being recognised every day by Antonio, Serhat and your DJ Jester who encouraged us to take part. In the night's the entertainment was again varied and outstanding in quality and variety, by the same team as the poolside days. Finally overnight myself ( Nigel ) who does has sleep apnea, found Ahmed your security man to be supportive and engaging completing our Sealife experience, thank you all. Nigel & Ayşe

There is nothing bad to say, our stay was really fantastic! The hotel is very clean and the food is good quality with a good selection including drinks. There are many areas to relax and things to do at this hotel so you do not feel bored or that it's over crowded. Highly recommend the spa treatments. We did manicure / pedicure and massages; all super good. Huge thank you to Servet the spa manager and Ibrahim who were always helpful. Kivanç from guest services is absolutely great, he really made our trip amazing ♥ Always willing to help. Ali and Emre from guest services were very helpful as well! 😊 Really recommend this hotel to all types of travelers. The location is perfect as you have many shops around you to explore. Excellent Wi-Fi! Thank you again to all these people mentioned for making our trip so memorable and making us want to come back. Yafit and Amy!! 😊 😊
