I simply loved the quick response by ALL staff to my needs. Also, the cleanliness of the common toilet at breakfast area was superbly clean. My room was extremely comfortable, and I slept very well on my comfortable bed. My family loved the external decorations at every level. The staff at the entrance to the hotel never failed to greet us with their friendly "Vanakkam" and checking on our well-being. Excellent. I also want to thank Mr Hari Prasad and Mr Jey for allowing my early check-in though the hotel had full occupancy. I checked in at about 6am. I made a request for early check-in at that moment with a doubt. But fortunately, I got my room on the highest floor which was my request too. Thanks to both the gentlemen.
