Mycket trevligt prisvärt boende. Stort fint rum med bekväm säng. Välfungerande klimatanläggning. Välförsett med buteljerat vatten. Bra städning två gånger om dagen. Välbeläget nära tunnelbanan. Rik frukostbuffé med bra meny med varma rätter, såväl indiska som europeiska.

Beautiful setting, lovely rooms. Staff incredible helpful. Special mention of Ricky and Shang who managed to magically get hold of a rare book for me minutes before closing time and having it passed through several people so it was delivered at 11 o’clock pm - I was leaving Kolkata the following morning. I shall always cherish that book.

Exceptional service all through right from checking to checkout. Particular mention of Mr. Debasish Chatterjee at Dum Pakt dinner. He explained all my questions and had good knowledge on the food. Went out of his way with food suggestions which was helpful. Will remember his exceptional service!
