I had the pleasure of staying at Hom Santorini, and I must say it was an absolutely delightful experience from start to finish. The hoetl itself is beautifully appointed with stylish, decor that creates a soothing and relaxing ambiance. But what really made my stay special was the incredible staff. From the moment I walked in the mydoor, the staff greeted me with warm smiles and genuine hospitality. The front desk attendant who checked me in was so friendly and helpful, providing maps and recommendations and answering all my questions about the hotel and surrounding area. Throughout my stay, every single staff member I encountered was happy to assist me with anything I needed. The concierge bent over backwards to get me reservations at a very popular local restaurant. The housekeeping staff did an immaculate job cleaning my room and even left sweet goodnight chocolates on my pillow. And the room service was lightning fast and incredibly courteous. I was just so impressed by the effort and care put in by each and every staff member. They truly went above and beyond to anticipate my needs and make sure I had the best possible experience. Their professionalism and attention to detail was unparalleled. But even more so, their kindness and desire to be helpful made me feel so welcomed and valued as a guest. I cannot recommend Hom Santorini highly enough, especially for anyone looking for stellar customer service. The exceptional staff made my stay absolutely exquisite from start to finish. I will definitely be returning to this hotel and I highly recommend it.

On the doorstep of the old town of Oia, and on the balcony sunset views of the sea. Beautifully fresh and attentive design. The staff were so lovely and so helpful with transfers, carrying our bags up the stairs and also in arranging taxis whilst we were out at perissa beach. Stunning location.

Vacilis was very nice and helpful, the room is big and beautiful, the jacuzzi is fantastic. It is a great place to relax, about 20 minutes walk from the center of Oia (which is good because the center is too busy and loud, sun angelos is calm a spacious) very nice restaurants about 10 minutes walk, we ate at lefkes which was delicious and great VFM (not as much a tourist trap as restaurants in the center)

The facilities are insanely good, definitely top top level, the shower space just shocked me every time I use. And the services, not gonna lie, probably the best I've ever had. Anastasia and the whole crew are so incredibly friendly, kind and always ready to help. Honestly I just wish that I can stay longer. It is definitely worth it.

Staff is very very kind and friendly. Ljupka I love her. she welcomed with a big hug and smile and she offered a jute bag with welcome drink. she is so helpful. she gave few recommendations about taxi , massage place and spa. we were very happy with her recommendations. very beautiful human being inside and out. we shipped our suitcase to states because we were travelling since 3 weeks. and from santorini we went to different location. so we shipped unwanted cloths. then this dhl guy came late. so she kept the luggage in reception and shipped it very carefully. she called DHL to arrange pick up my suitcase. who will do that after you checked out. we are not their responsibility right ? But she helped us in so many ways. Thanks a lot Ljupka 😍😍😍

Before our arrival, the hotel helped us to arrange the pick-up service from the airport. When we arrived at the hotel pick-up point, the local post office, they helped us to carry our heavy luggages to the hotel. It’s really difficult to carry two big heavy luggages to walk through the alleys, the hotel is located at the cliff, they really saved us!!! The receptionist was so nice and polite, we really appreciate their service!!! The apartment is perfectly equipped! The design attracted us a lot! The view of Thera is so amazing. We nearly spent our whole day in the hotel, because the view from the room is so perfect that we don’t need to go out for sightseeing. The only pity was that the room was so popular that we only can book one night! I will return!!! BTW, the breakfast was so delicious and delicate!!!

From the moment we arrived, the stunning views, the warm welcome from reception, our immaculate and clean suite; we were very impressed. nothing is too little for the team at saint! the breakfast was very hearty yet refined. We ate lunch and dinner at the restaurant, both service and dishes we tried were amazing. great option if you simply want to stay and relax and take in the breathtaking views of Oia.

This place was amazing! Comfiest bed we slept in on our 2-week Europe trip and favorite place we stayed. Staff was incredibly kind and accommodating. I recommend having the hotel set up your airport transfers. It was really nice to have a ride waiting for us when we stepped off the plane rather than trying to wait in a long taxi line. Rooms were a great value and we liked being a little away from the crowds (but close enough to walk to everything). We would 100% stay here when we come to Santorini in the future.
