We drove from Olympia through Sparta to Kinsterna Hotel. After driving through what might say a little bit run down villages it was unbelievable experience to arrive at this oasis. Everything was so beautiful, the food and staff impeccable! We stayed for 2 nights and took an took a hike in the island of Monemvasia, which is like another world. The only tiny thing which i thing I did not like was the English pop-music played in the restaurant. I would have preferred some Greek or instrumental music, but that is probable just me 😊

The location is perfect, at the beginning of monemvasia so it was easy to curry our luggage, while having a perfect terrace overlooking the sea. Before you book any property here make sure that you know how far (and how many steps) you are from the entrance of the Monemvasia as you have to carry your luggage. Also Gianna was great in sharing information and meeting us in the property for the keys.

The location was marvellous and the view as well. The rooms were luxurious and the stuff very polite. The weather was cold when we visited, however the rooms were warm and cosy.
