Hotel PAL is located a 4-minute walk from JR Otsuka Station on the Yamanote Line. Sunshine City is also just a 8-minute walk away. Bathtub was really big, we liked it a lot ! The massage chair was also very good ! We didn't use it, but the "toy" was a nice touch. I also liked being able to smoke in the room.

The room is equipped with a lot of stuff, a great bathroom, and the reception also provides beverages. The room is two minutes by feet from the closest subway station. I was there with a friend and we spent the night enjoying the room and watching a movie, and then having a relaxing bath, it was great. I don't even understand how this place can charge so little for such a room (less than 70 euros for the night). The ladies at the reception were really kind and welcoming.

Attractively located in the Sumida Ward district of Tokyo, Hotel Balian Resort Kinshicho is situated 2.5 km from Tokyo Skytree, 2.6 km from Ryogoku Kokugikan National Sumo Stadium and 6 km from Japan... The room was a decent size, room service was fairly cheap and very tasty. I also left a bag in my room and contacted staff about, which they kept for a few weeks untill i returned to pick it up.

Initially, i booked a one night stay at the hotel, but due to unforseen circumstances, i asked if it was possible to extend my stay. The hotel staff were very kind, and although there was an issue due to the language barrier, they tried their best to assist me with everything. They were absolutely wonderful! As for the room itself: it was spacious and comfortable. The bed was very soft, and the bathroom was fully equipped with skin care products, which was a lovely bonus! Breakfast was served on time and was delicious.
