Hotel PAL ligger 4 minuters promenad från JR Otsuka-stationen på Yamanote-linjen. Sunshine City ligger också bara 8 minuters promenad bort. Bathtub was really big, we liked it a lot ! The massage chair was also very good ! We didn't use it, but the "toy" was a nice touch. I also liked being able to smoke in the room.

Very convenient, close to Higashi Shinjuku Station so it was easy to get around Tokyo. Free amenities were such an amazing asset to have, also the bathroom is very nice!!

We didn’t know much about the ‘adult only’ concept of the hotel before coming but it turned out to be efficient; all facilities provided were excellent, we didn’t need to contact anyone. We ordered room service from the tv and the food was served delicious and fresh; amenities were impressive and hot and cold water provided. We were locked in until we paid at the machine in the room.
