Amazing place right at Tambopata river. The hosts - Emanuel and Maricela, the kids and the parrot Antonia 🙂, are the best possible hosts. Always smiling, helpful, paying attention to every small detail. Emanuel cooked for us and the food was fresh from their farm. He also organized all our tours in the jungle. The huts at the river are very cute, with terraces, bathrooms, comfortable beds from which you have a direct view to the river day and night. Every day the hosts were cleaning. Casa Amazonas ofrece alojamiento en Puerto Maldonado y cuenta con restaurante. Algunas unidades incluyen terraza y/o balcón con vistas al jardín. The staff opened the resort just for me! It was unbelievable. I only had one day there and they planned everything around what was available in my time at the resort. I used their airport transfer and it was about 20 minutes away. I had a chance to shower and then lunch was ready. I explored the property and checked out the yoga area and did some meditation on my own, then my first activity was ink painting with an indigenous artist. I did not brush up on any of my spanish so I ended up using Google Translate but the information was so interesting and the artist and I worked on a piece together, then she painted my face with the same design. It was such a great experience. Dinner was served a few hours later and then I just hung out with the property gatos and just took in the beauty of being in the Amazon. The next morning I had a flower bath and it was so rejuvenating and lovely. Definitely one of the top 3 activities my whole time in Peru! Just outstanding. I would return in a heartbeat!

La Hacienda Herrera Tambopata se encuentra en Puerto Maldonado y ofrece vistas al jardín, jardín y terraza. Las instalaciones muy bien y perfectamente integradas con la naturaleza. Muy buena atención del personal, nos recogieron en la estación y llevaron en coche y barca hasta el alojamiento. Las excursiones que hicimos, al lago Sandoval y un paseo al atardecer por el río, nos gustó mucho. El guía Marcel muy observador, amable y buen conocedor de la flora y fauna del lugar.

El Ecoamazonia Lodge se encuentra en la selva de Puerto Maldonado, Perú, y ofrece un jardín. Todas las comidas están incluidas en el precio. Todos los alojamientos tienen zona de estar. Lodge staff is taking care of the guests starting from the airport. Lodge has beautiful gardens and loans. Good swimming pool. All enclosed areas covered with mosquito nets. Staff offers great program with different jungle walking trails where it is possible to see different animals. Food is great. We had excellent time at Ecoamazonia lodge. Amazing facilities in the jungle, really integrated with nature! Really helpful staff, great guide (Raúl), and super food along the day. Of course, the highlight was the excursion to lake Sandoval - stunning! Strongly recommended!

El Wasai Tambopata Lodge, situado en el corazón de la reserva nacional de Tambopata Candamo, ofrece expediciones en el Amazonas y conexión WiFi gratuita. Wasai Lodge completely exceeded our expectations on every level. The staff were so kind and friendly, the rooms were fabulous right on the river with very comfortable beds. Food was amazing with a huge amount of variety. Our guide, Efrain, was so knowledgeable, engaging, funny and made our trip even more fantastic - he was born to be an Amazon tour guide!! Clem who runs the lodge was so friendly and helpful throughout our stay and was always on hand to answer questions. We felt very safe during our stay. This is an amazing lodge and would highly recommend it!

La Habana Conservation Area se encuentra en Puerto Maldonado y ofrece alojamiento con balcón. Cuenta con baño privado completo, equipado con ducha y artículos de aseo gratuitos. This is a perfect rainforest oasis! The staff are so friendly and welcoming, going out of their way to make us comfortable. The setting is beautiful and the pool is a great feature. The bed was comfy and the area super peaceful. The ideal place to relax. In addition, they have a baby monkey they rescued who is amazing! So playful and friendly - an unexpected highlight!
