The hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. The staff, especially Nyokki, were exceptionally welcoming and professional throughout my stay. Their warmth and attentiveness made me feel valued as a guest. The service was prompt and efficient, and Nyokki went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a memorable and enjoyable stay.

Este establecimiento goza de una ubicación ideal, a solo 5 minutos a pie del monte Niseko. El Resort Grand Hirafu, Pension Woody Note ofrece un alojamiento acogedor con suelos y muebles de madera. Great location, close to slopes and downtown area. Incredibly cozy, felt like something out of a dream. I couldn’t believe how nice it was inside! Truly felt like a home. The breakfast spread was amazing, staff was friendly and very accommodating, rooms were large, and whole place was well heated (this was great as it was FREEZING in niseko at the time). At the price point offered I don’t think this place can be beat and is likely a better place to stay than alternatives that cost 3-4x as much. I will definitely stay here again if I can!
