This place is beautiful and the vue is amazing with the desert and the lake in front of you. The safari trip to wadi al hitan was just perfect and the guide from the hotel did also some sand dune bashing on his way. The food is good. The place is so quiet and you can relax a lot. A real pleasure to be there.

We had a really lovely stay and received so much support from the family... from airport transfers, desert safari and a pottery session for my son... and playtime with the kids... a wonderful breakfast. all was lovely.

A real oasis of peace... the place is beautiful, friendly staff and amazing food. They also helped us to organize a day safari in the desert. Exactly the break that we needed after a week in crowed Cairo.

Cozy place perfect choice for recreation. Warm welcoming with a drink and fruit basket. Staff were more than perfect. Decent & helpful and polite. Good room with enough facilities matching the lodge basic style Original Breakfast was basic but tasty. Special Thanks to Marco :) Tips: to reach the lodge smoothly, enter from the main gate of tunis village and take the Evelyn road. Contact the lodge in advance to book activities specifically safari trips.

What we liked? Everything! The unique rooms, the architecture in general, the pool, the very good food on the nice shaded terrace, Sherif’s awesome playlists … Sherif was very kind and very attentive to our needs. Thank you so much for 3 wonderful days! We loved the pottery -workshop, the trip to Wadi el Hitan and the Magic Lake and the chill-time in the Lodge - just the perfect mix!!

The lodge is beautiful, with a stunning view from the roof top. The staff was very accommodating.

Tunis village is a great spot and Tzila lodge is right in the center. The structure is well designed with nice spaces and really beautiful bonfire under the clear starry nights. Asher (receptionist) is very nice guy and organized for us a tour to the desert (wadi hitan is super interesting) and a transfer to Alexandria. Atmosphere is very relaxed and service in the restaurant is a bit slow.. but no worries, we are on holiday!
