The lodge is beautiful, set in the hills next to a rain forest. My room reminded me of log cabin but with a modern bath room. I loved sitting on my balcony with the beautiful landscaping of trees & flower plants. I would awake to see the sheep grazing on the hills. You can walk into a little forest to a running creek, very cool. All of the staff are wonderful, and the owner Ruben is great & very helpful letting me know all of the things to do in the area. And the breakfast & dinners are very good, they have an awesome chef. I will definitely be back to stay here again!!

La Selva Biyolojik İstasyonu'na 2,6 km uzaklıkta yer alan Gran Gavilán del Sarapiquí Lodge restoran, açık yüzme havuzu, bahçe ve teras sunmaktadır. The grounds of the lodge are beautiful - there are many beautiful flowers and lots of different birds -- it is a birdwatcher's paradise. The cabins have nice decks with comfortable chairs as well as a large central viewing deck with hammocks and comfortable chairs. The staff was were welcoming and spoke excellent English. They went above and beyond any expectations when my friend became ill and had to go to the local clinic. The owner of the lodge drove us to the clinic and stayed with our friend the whole time, translating and ensuring he got his proper medications. We are so grateful.

Beautiful place and the frogs are just outside your door. Staff is friendly, food is good. Kids loved all about this place. Pool is small but ok. And wifi worked well

It was stunning. The rooms were more like apartments. The staff were wonderful. Dinner and breakfast were delicious.
