I booked the same morning, they replied very quickly and since the room was available they allowed us to check in at our earliest convenience! Clean location, big room, well furnished. I only wished we booked longer!

Both WiFi and private parking are accessible at the lodge free of charge. Amazing property right on a beautiful quiet beach with hardly anybody on it. A bit of a mission to get there but 100% worth it, the staff were amazing and super friendly it is slightly rustic but the view off your deck is fantastic! The waves are fun for surfing also.

This was our second time here and for sure not the last time. This place is unique. The Swiss owners make sure it's clean, well organized, well maintained and safe. We had a twin bed bungalow. They are well designed with opposite windows (with mosquito net), no need to switch on the aircondition. The food at the Restaurant is the best at Junquillal beach. Daily wake up call by the howler monkeys. Overall a very calm place. 2 minutes walk to the breathtaking beach. This place is close to paradise with reasonable prizing. Highly recommended.

Surrounded by the jungle and offering a wooden restaurant, palapa roof bungalows and a swimming pool, Mundo Milo Eco Lodge is located 350 metres from Juquillal Beach.

Mundo Milo Eco Lodge is 5 km from a golf course and 30 km from Las Baulas National Marine Park. Daniel Oduber International Airport is a 1-hour drive away. The location is amazing with a wonderful pool and a really quite area. The food is delicious and the staff is extraordinarily friendly. I just stayed one night as my whole trip was pre-booked, but I would have liked to stay longer.

Cabañas Cañas Castilla is located on the shores of Sapoa River and 10 minutes’ drive from La Cruz town. It features Orosi Volcano views and one day tours to Nicaragua.

The accommodations include a fan, safety deposit box, seating area and a dining area with a fridge. They also feature a furnished terrace with garden and river views. The bathrooms are private and have a shower and free toiletries. Peaceful location, lovely owners and delicious food. The cabins were serene and comfortable. Loved the hammocks. The trail walks were beautiful. We loved seeing the spider monkeys every day and the resident sloth comfortably tucked away (high in a tree). We would visit again in a second. One of my favourite travel experiences. Gorgeous beaches were a short drive away.

Featuring free private parking, the lodge is in an area where guests can engage in activities such as hiking and cycling. Absolutely beautiful treehouse. Excellent craftsmanship. Sways in the wind with the tree. This is a beautiful place for real nature lovers. There are critters so if you don't like them, this is not the place for you.

Barra Honda National Park is 36 km from the lodge. The nearest airport is Nosara Airport, 66 km from Cabañas del Bosque. Cute, well appointed, brand new cabins as of 2022. Remote, but well stocked with electric hot plate and pot, coffee and coffee maker, and mini fridge. And a nice little pool! Definitely don't recommend driving through Hojancha unless you're up for a fairly bumpy/off-road experience. Instead, go through Santa Rita - same amount of time from Nicoya, but way smoother!

Our room at Canta la Rana felt like a sanctuary of comfort and elegance and provided a private and spacious retreat. The entire property is tastefully decorated and was impeccably clean. The panoramic views are nothing short of spectacular. The architecture and design seamlessly blend with the beauty of the landscape. Canta La Rana is a tranquil and sophisticated haven, where every moment feels like a delight. The breakfast prepared by Juan and Patrick was brought to our room every morning upon request and became a highlight of our day. They offered a delicious variation of fruits, egg options, homemade bread and beverages. Juan and Patrick went above and beyond, even arranging to have our car washed and our tire fixed. We can highly recommend Canta La Rana!

Located in Brasilito, Casa Natural offers accommodation with a terrace and kitchen. Complimentary WiFi is available.

The lodge offers a seating area with a flat-screen TV and a private bathroom with a hair dryer and shower. An oven and microwave are also featured, as well as a coffee machine. We were so impressed by this property. The cabana style rooms where really cool and comfortable, within a gated area so while close to the beach there aren't cars passing by. The best part about it is the pool and BBQ area - it's really spacious, has tasteful styling, and there's a hot tub! It was so inviting that we spent a night cooking and swimming there instead of going out. I'd recommend it to anyone! Bonus - we saw a couple of snakes around the room :D
