Il Portal del Sol si trova a Villagarzón. The hosts John Jairo and Alexandra were very kind and helpful, and also patient with my lack of Spanish. Every meal I had there was delicious. The nature there is beautiful. I enjoyed relaxing on the hammock, listening to the birds, and visiting the nearby waterfall for a swim.

A gorgeous Place with many different plants and beautiful flowers, nice Owner, lovely Mother of the owner and very friendly staff. The people there were very helpful and made me quickly felt like home. Breakfast is nice, and the Restaurant, which open at 17h30 has excellent food. I had a gorgeous view of the jungle from my room and sometimes little monkeys come to play on my balcony. It was like in paradise! Muchas gracias por todo!
