There is no doubt that this is the best place to stay on the island if you want to relax. - The food was heavingly, I had fresh fish almost every day. Also great veggie options! The menu changes daily and you have to give them a time for your meals (except breakfast). - LOVED how quiet the place was. Don't come here if you're expecting to party. You could hear the waves from the ocean-facing cabins. (keep in mind there are many palm trees so you won't have a clear view of the sea, this didn't bother us at all) - There is no AC and, yes, that is a PLUS. You are coming to a sustainable eco-hotel. AC is not energy efficient. If you want AC you should probably not come to this island. - Plenty of sloths around the hotel! - Energy is solar-powered. Big points for the planet! - Service is great. We asked for many favours (especially for food) and they always helped out. Please remember that you are coming to a remote island that has no cars and almost no infrastructure. Inform yourself before coming and adjust your expectations of where you are. This place is a little piece of heaven and you'll love staying here with the right mindset!

Las Flores Econativodispone de jardín, terraza y restaurante. Se encuentra en Isla Grande, a 13 min a pie de Playa de Pasadía Bora Bora Cartagena y a 2 km de Playa Libre. The staff were super nice and always helpul!! they helped us to find everything we were looking for (the little village and the dock we had to go for our boat). We did the fishing activity and it was the best time ever! A super kind father (Jose) and his son took us on a tour of the islands, then you fish for a good 1h30 and after we did snorkeling!! the activity lasted for a good 4 hours and you have the chance to eat what you fish at night for free!! For the price of 100,000 pesos you really get the most of it, we really recommand:) Joris and Alexia

Eco Hotel Las Palmeras se encuentra a 6 min a pie de Playa Libre y ofrece alojamiento conjardín, restaurante y servicio de habitaciones. El lodge ofrece desayuno a la carta o continental. This is a superb place. Located in the middle of the island, giving access to 2 beautiful beaches. A family run the business is a heartwarming way. I initially booked 3 nights and extended to a 4th one. Food is also good. And i liked the pointed the right places to go snorkeling for free.

Cabaña en Playa Blanca, Barú In house beach se encuentra a pocos pasos de Playa Blanca y ofrece alojamiento conterraza, bar y servicio de habitaciones. La ubicación de la cabaña está increíble, la playa bonita y el mar cristal están unos metros de la puerta. Patricia y Juan Carlos son muy simpáticos y nos ayudaron mucho. La isla es un paraíso. Nos encantaría a volver de nuevo.

Isla Única está en Isla Grande y dispone de wifi gratis, jardín, terraza y restaurante. En el lodge se sirve todas las mañanas un desayuno americano. Excelente todo, hotel muy cómodo, tiene todo lo que uno necesita para descansar y pasarla bien!! Mención principal a Dardey, quien estuvo pendiente de nosotros desde que llegamos y quien se encargó de que nuestra estadía fue única, estuvo atento a todas nuestras necesidades en todo momento del día. Muy recomendable el restaurante del hospedaje donde cocina la esposa de Dardey, sus platos son exquisitos.
