Located just off Interstate 10 and State Route 59, Econo Lodge Monticello is five miles from Lake Miccosukee and is within walking distance of Lloyd Post Office. This Monticello, FL hotel is minutes from Alfred B. Maclay Gardens State Park, Florida State University (FSU), and the Tallahassee-Leon.

We simply needed a place to spend one night on a travel around the Southern US states. The place was comfortable, staff were helpful, we slept, we ate, we went on our way.

    I liked that it met the minimum expectation which is not saying much but compared to another Econo Lodge which did not I guess that is a plus It had good internet access and many direct tv channels
