Beautiful property. Food good, not exceptional. Rooms comfortable, clean. Quiet. Attractive main lodge architecture. Staff pleasant, but minimal. Return, doubtful.

We enjoyed the quietness of the lodge, the water fountain was beautiful to look at and we enjoyed the canoe. The beds were super comfortable. We also enjoyed the walk to the local restaurants and shops. It is just a cute little town! We also loved being so close to other areas to explore, especially the Pisgah National Forrest.

The room they gave me was on the end, the perfect spot. I stayed for 5 days after leaving Louisiana due to Ida. The housekeeper was very polite and unintrusive. She made the bed, took out the trash, and brought fresh towels daily. The Econolodge is well located with lots of fast food and restaurant options nearby.

We loved everything about Mill House Lodge. From the moment we arrived until the moment we left we were treated like family. Our room was exceptionally clean. The kids loved fishing from the private beach and canoeing. We are definitely making this a yearly vacation spot, but hope to frequent more often!

The lodge was so comfortable and quaint. Our room was spacious and clean. The pool and lake were fun for the whole family. Everything seemed well maintained. We really enjoyed our stay and hope we can return someday. We were in the area to attend events at Tryon International Equestrian Center (TIEC). It was just under 30 minutes away, so pretty convenient and much better price than other places in the area.
