Wasai Lodge completely exceeded our expectations on every level. The staff were so kind and friendly, the rooms were fabulous right on the river with very comfortable beds. Food was amazing with a huge amount of variety. Our guide, Efrain, was so knowledgeable, engaging, funny and made our trip even more fantastic - he was born to be an Amazon tour guide!! Clem who runs the lodge was so friendly and helpful throughout our stay and was always on hand to answer questions. We felt very safe during our stay. This is an amazing lodge and would highly recommend it!

The food was delicious and fresh. The staff were friendly and accommodating. Our guide Jari was incredible and really made our experience the best. He was so knowledgeable, kind and patient with our group. You can tell he is passionate about what he does and that energy is really infectious. This is a perfect rainforest oasis! The staff are so friendly and welcoming, going out of their way to make us comfortable. The setting is beautiful and the pool is a great feature. The bed was comfy and the area super peaceful. The ideal place to relax. In addition, they have a baby monkey they rescued who is amazing! So playful and friendly - an unexpected highlight!
