We booked for new years eve and it was a bargain price for the night ,we booked a dino room which was one of the smaller lodges and there were 4 of us so next time will probably book a bigger one as was a little snug.My kids absolutely loved the dinosaur themed room etc and the play ground .We ate in the Raptor restaurant and the food was great. We managed to get into the Land of lights which was so good .There was a microwave ,kettle and mini fridge which was great too .And it was very cosy in terms of heating .Will definetely stay again

Breakfast was nice and staff were friendly. Location was great as it was 5 minutes away from where I was working and 2 minutes walk from the Lodge Lake - which I walked a few days when I stayed there.

Nice room but nothing like the photograph advertising the hotel. It is not part of the old manor house, rooms are modern and nothing better than you would get at Travel Lodge. Breakfast good but really slow to replenish. Swimming pool very pleasant.

The staff are friendly - helpful and always very professional. The accommodation is always spotless. Situated next to a Marina and canal, the location is extremely central and within easy reach of all amenities. Adjacent to the Lodge is pleasant surroundings with a varied Menu of food and drink.

The location, the safari like lodge perfect for kids, so felt like a mini holiday. Play areas dotted around the accomodation, and plenty of green space for kids to run around. Even a free ball pit to play in .
