The natural “feel” about the unit being in the forest was amazing. Within 24 hours, we saw Coati’s, Howler monkeys, Agusti’s, Motmot’s, Trogon’s. The host Edwin is available, personable, professional, helpful, and happy!! The self contained unit with fully functional kitchenette was great to have. The location was excellent with several excellent restaurants and a perfect supermarket within 5-10 minutes walk.

This is a really amazing and remote house far from all the noise with an amazing view on the valley and the mountains! Especially beautiful in the evening when the clouds go down from the mountains to the valley and everything around looks really mysterious. The house has everything you need so you really feel like you’re at home. The house and all the furniture is made of wood so it helps you to connect even more with the nature. What was really convenient is that we could make a self check-in and check-out. The place is only 15-20 minutes drive from Monteverde national park. We’ve seen a lot of colibris there as well :)
