This is an amazig place with beautiful view. Brian, the owner, was waiting for us when we arrived and explained everything to us. He even called local sushi restaurant for us and had our dinner delivered to our room, which was great. Room was specious, extremely comfortable beds and we slept very well. The next morning Brian helped us organized private boat trip to Tortuga Island with his friend Andre and Josua and that was brilliant. We caught some nice fish, did some snorkeling, saw many dolphins on the way and enjoyed the tortuga island. We would love to come again.

The five one bedroom luxury suites are well laid out with good sight lines and all had an excellent view of the ocean and infinite pool. The pool was a decent length for swimming lengths but a little deep if you weren't tall and/or not a swimmer. The area was very well landscaped and kept. It is made for one couple per unit.

Great stay, very clean and comfy. There's AC, so you'll have nice cool room. Also, clean kitchen for cooking and nice open area to chill. Serena is really kind and helpful as well! I found the location great but you'll have to walk a bit to reach the beach (really no prob).

My stay in this hotel was awesome. Close to the beach and restaurants it’s the best match in Montezuma. Affordable, with a staff who deserves 5 stars thanks to open mind and professionalism. The only noise could be the outside music, otherwise the fan (room without AC), it just helps to sleep after an exhausting day at the beach. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. 😊

We loved the feel of being in a big family home, with a huge bedroom and private shower. Then you are just steps away from a magical set of pools, one shallow for little kids and the bigger one for us grown up kids.

We had an absolutely amazing stay. The entire place is just beautiful, peaceful and relaxing. We got to watch and hear howler monkeys as well as a Kolibri while swimming in the pool surrounded by lush green plants and trees. Especially worthy pointing out is the friendliness and helpfulness of the host. After mentioning to Mike that I quite bad ear pain he came back to me with his own medication and even let me keep them after we went on to Montezuma and Uvita. Literally saved my holiday, thanks a lot Mike!! Apart from that very open Host who was able to provide tons of information and recommendations not only on Mal Pais and Santa Teresa but also other places like Montezuma. All in all, a perfect stay!

The cabins and outdoor areas are nice. You have private space but also a nice common area where you can meet other people. We used the kitchen everyday and it was always clean. The beach is across the street and only a few minutes walk. You can rent surfboards in the shop next door for a fair price.
