Kudos to the new cook and his inspiration to make food from scratch and use local ingredients. I highly recommend this restaurant or pub for any town visitors. Wednesday evening happened to be Trivia night in the pub, which was a fun event. The pub and restaurant servers were such welcoming, lovely ladies!! The lodges are in the middle of the town so location wise it was good as well though location doesn't matter much as Waterton is a small town and you can get by on foot. Couldn't use most of the services as they were closed due to COVID-19. Great place and planning on staying there again the next time I am in Waterton.
