Great location for enjoying the outdoors. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Rooms are dated, but clean, having rustic charm. Would definitely stay at this lodge again.

The lodge is situated right on the Fraser River and is very peaceful and quiet. Our room was clean and comfortable. We even met Bob-the-cat.

Spending two nights in the Pine Cabin was like vacationing in the Swiss Alps. The Rocky Mountain vista is magnificent. The lodgings are delightful, meticulously maintained, very comfortable and well-appointed, with consistent hot water and a comfortable bed. You're a 15-minute drive from Valemount, with its amenities. No wi-fi, and the TV satellite signal is occasionally erratic, but it got us through the playoff hockey games. ;-)
