The reception staff were so friendly and are beyond helpful. The owner was so kind and gave advice on tourist attractions to visit and even gave us a map. Room was a perfect size and spotlessly clean. Generous size bathroom with toiletries provided- the body lotion smells so good. Great pillows!! The coffee from the machine at reception was very tasty!! If in Boston again, we'll definitely be staying here!!Nikki DIreland
