Very compact but big enough for us, spotlessly clean, and having laundry facilities was awesome. Tub ( a big tub) as well as a shower, propane grill outside, access to pool and common pizza oven. Good parking, off street and out of the way. Good position to walk to the beach on either side; walkway over the hill to Oneroa Bay (Long Beach) is easy, completely paved, and we saw a Weka on the way.
