The hotel is very clean and a lot bigger than most Japan hotel rooms. The amenities need to be collected at hotel lobby if you need extra. One thing to note is that it takes around 10 minutes to walk to Odori station and it will be a challenge to lug your luggage along the way, especially when there is heavy snowfall.
