The views were beautiful and the hosts (Marco and Paisa) were like family, patient, kind, and fun to converse with. There are many steps up, and they are worth it! Don't forget your workout shoes to walk over and do the Path of the Gods hike as well!

We stayed in the blue apartment which had a huge terrace with stunning views overlooking much of the Amalfi Coast and looking down on Praiano. Amalia and her family were great hosts — she prepared a delicious breakfast every day and gave us a lesson on making gnocchi after picking tons of vegetables from her huge garden (after which we had a memorable dinner with her family and friends). Her apartment is also steps from the famous Path of the Gods hike and a great restaurant.

He had his sister call us the afternoon before we were to hike the path of the gods to tell us it was almost 100% chance of thunderstorms the next day and she would cancel our driver that was taking us to the start.
