Nice room friendly staff, have stayed there before

The hotel is located centrally just across the road from the beach and Eastbourne Pier, and close to restaurants, bars and cafes.

Very close to the beach and the staff were very helpful.

The room was nice and big with a comfortable sofa.

Breakfast very nice but only between 8 and 9 so a bit rushed
