The ladies at reception were friendly and very helpful with ideas and recommendations. In fact, we were scheduled to arrive after reception hours, yet the lovely Liz stayed back and welcomed us and showed us to our room. The resort is located close to Macrossan street, but far enough to be in a quiet location. It was also within walking distance to the beach if you wanted to leave their lovely pools.

The apartment was very spacious, the bed very comfortable and there was free undercover parking. Four Mile Beach was just across the road.

The apartment was comfortable and had everything we needed for our 7 night stay as a family of four. The kids loved it, and the pool was heated so very comfortable to swim in. We used the bbq often and our kitchen was well equipped. There were excellent communication from the Tropical Reef team right from booking and Sue was so super accommodating of all our needs during our stay.StefanieAustralia

We didn't have a car and didn't need one to see everything in Port Douglas. The apartment was in a quiet block.

The apartment was a very good size for 2 people. Lovely kitchenette, which we didn't use as there was such a variety of food places to eat on Macrossan Street. The apartment had all that we needed, it was private and the owners were always keen to attend to any of our needs, such as booking our transfer back to Cairns airport.
