Set in Phitsanulok, 1.2 km from Wat Phra Si Rattana Mahathat, Tonwai Modern Place offers accommodation with a garden, free private parking and a shared lounge. Very clean and tidy with plenty of space, the room had a full length mirror, a large fridge, comfortable bed. Bathroom was clean also. Towels and water available which was great. Small balcony with a decent view, this was nice. For the price it was amazing. The staff were very friendly with a 24hr desk service so we were able to check out at 4am to catch our train. It was in a quiet location away from any main roads which was nice, only a short walk to the centre. 7/11 next door. 4th floor wasn’t a problem, even with no lift. Laundry services were available although we didn’t need it.
