Surrounded by the Slovak Paradise National Park and set in the 160 years old inn, Hostinec Stará Krčma offers accommodation in rooms and a caravan, a restaurant, a bar, a games room with the billiards, a table tennis and darts, a garden with barbecue facilities and a terrace. Free WiFi is available in public areas. We loved sauna. We felt welcomed. Owners dropped us off to hiking trails. Owners were super friendly, helpfull and accommodating. We enjoyed our escape from London.

Rooms at the Orol have rustic furnishings, a bathroom, desk, seating area and a flat-screen TV. Some units have a separate bedroom and living room. Wi-Fi is available free of charge, and a laundry service can be arranged upon request. Good central location and helpful staff. We had a room with a desk and fridge.

When I go to Košice almost every time I stay at this hostel - because I go to the National Theatre. It´s just 5 min from the Main street (City Centre) and 10 min from the Train station and Bus station. Rooms have great comfortable robust beds. There is also a kitchen this time I cooked easy dinner there.

The hotel was modern with nicely decorated room and modern bathroom. It has free public parking nearby. The staff was helpful and changed our room to a quiet one. The breakfast was very good and there was a nice shopping mall across the street with many restaurants for dinner.

The breakfast was rich and tasty. Typically Slovak style with a bit of salad, eggs, meat, cheese and various other goodies. The service was excellent, even the pension owner was also caring about the service and clients.

A very spacious apartment with great facilities. The location is more than convenient and the inner yard is a small hidden gem. The kitchen is fully equipped.

Hospitality of the host Ela is beyond great. We have never been greeted and threated like this before. Would definatrly recommend. Especially for bikers: there is private inner yard with locked gates, so motorcycles can stay overnight securely

the rooms were a great size with really unique features. the building was lovely with cafes downstairs and restaurant/bar upstairs. the staff were incredible! honestly couldn’t ask for anything better. the food and drinks available were great and 10% discount for hotel guests. make sure you book for dinner, this place is popular with locals and tourists - and we can see why!

The staff was very polite, welcoming. We have enjoyed the wellness, bedroom was nice and spacious although we were not able to close the door on our bedroom. Nice modern bathroom and floor heating in all rooms. After the bad experience we had with the dinner at the hotel, we actually really enjoyed the breakfast.
