He helped us reserve our airport pickup and gave us recommendations for where to eat in the city (the places he recommended were fantastic!). He truly thought of every last detail at the property itself, far more than I ever expect at any hotel. I loved the location and the breakfast was fantastic. I truly can't say enough good things about this place, stay here if you come to Lima and want to feel at home!

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful and went out of their way to help with any requests. The hotel had a beautiful atrium, a terrace on the 3rd floor with a great view of the city, and a very homeley living room, resplendent with bookshelves, and big, comfy armchairs. The breakfast was really good too.
