We tried to extend our stay as we loved it so much but it was unfortunately booked out. The owner and staff were super helpful with any local info we needed and organised a great snorkelling trip for us. The breakfasts were amazing. At the accommodation rooms are fitted with bed linen and towels. It is a really functional and beautiful place. The room was very comfortable and had all the amenities. Everything felt safe and very well thought. Location is excellent, cleaning perfect. The shower was strong and with perfect temperatures. The decoration of the room is really nice.

They were not only extremely friendly but also incredibly helpful. They went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Whether I had questions about the local area or needed assistance with anything in the hotel, they were always there with a smile. The room I stayed in was nothing short of spectacular. It was not only beautiful but also stylish and impeccably clean. It was complete with all the amenities one could need for a comfortable stay. From the cozy bedding to the well-appointed bathroom, every detail was carefully considered. The pool area was always spotlessly clean and provided the perfect oasis for relaxation. In terms of location, I found it to be quite convenient. Moreover, the host proved to be a valuable resource, offering a wealth of recommendations for local food, activities, and rentals. I can wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a peaceful and enjoyable getaway. I look forward to returning in the future.

The units at the inn come with a seating area. All rooms are equipped with a private bathroom equipped with a shower and free toiletries, while some rooms come with a kitchenette fitted with a microwave. At Casa Nuup Holbox every room is fitted with bed linen and towels. I stayed at Casa Nuup for 10 days over the Holidays. I can’t recommend the hotel enough! My room was beautiful and huge! You can see that every object in the room was carefully selected and very high end. It really feels like a boutique hotel! There is also a lovely lounge area where the guests would sit at night and chat. The wifi was always steady, no issue there. The owner, Tere, was amazing! She was very attentive in making sure my stay was very comfortable. She lent me rubber boots to navigate the puddles and would text me before going into the room for cleaning. I liked that the hotel was perfectly located away from the business of downtown, so very quiet, but only a 10 minute walk by the beach. I would definitely book there again if I go to Holbox, without hesitation! On a side note, if you are visiting Holbox and it had been raining, bring rubber boots or water shoes. Some parts of the island, including downtown, will be flooded.

It is suitable for longer stay as it has washing machine, bikes you can use, kitchenette near terace and etc. I would recommend this place for explorers who would like to feel authentic Tulum. For those, who want to go to beach clubs and parties it is better to choose place which is more close to beach.
