The place is best value for money in San Cristobal:) They have the best breakfast (coffee,fruit granola, fresh bread w jam and eggs). The water is REALLY hot and the pressure is super (which you don’t often get in México). The family who runs the place is super friendly and you feel at ease. They have a very nice shared area. The wifi is stable and everywhere. It’s a very quite place: our rooms were on the first floor and we didn’t hear a thing at night. Everything is very clean and welcoming!

Auto Auto Hotel Paraíso Inn is located 12 minutes’ drive from Palenque’s Archaeological Site and 5.5 km from the city centre. The Hotel is set in the forest surrounded by tropical gardens. The setting of this hotel is absolutely forgeous. Fro. The main road you have to drive for about 5 -10 minutes to the hotel. On one side there are fields and cows. On the other side is a creek and lush jungle. You can hear and see animals: we saw a colibrí, Guacamaya's and leaf cuttinv ants. There Re also gecko's (who eat the mosquitoes) and butterflies. You will have your own garagebox and annex (spacious) room. It is very clean and well equipped. The staff is wonderful. Do let them know when you arrive as they will wait for you. They make a wonderful fresh breakfast, truly delicious with fruits and yoghurt and pineapple juice. We aske for laundry service in the village but they arranged it for us, although we only stayed for 2 nights. That was so nice. I truly recommend staying here if you visit Palenque. It is very close to the village (15 minutes by car) and 10 minutes by car to the ruins. It is right next to Aluxes, an ecopark (wort visiting) and several restaurants. Featuring a garden, terrace and views of garden, La Tozi Hotel is located in San Cristóbal de Las Casas, 500 metres from San Cristobal Cathedral. The location was amazing and all the staff were so accommodating and helpful. We had a lovely stay here
