Comfy, well equipped rooms. Lovely shower products and excellent bathroom/shower. Great tea and coffee with fresh milk in the room. The food was exceptional (we had dinner and breakfast) and hosts were friendly and helpful throughout. We thought it was great value for what’s on offer.

Comfortable room and bed. Great interior design. Wonderful local-produce breakfast. The staff and especially Tim were very friendly and attentive. Nothing was too much trouble. Loved the separate guest area and the little shop 🙂

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The people and the service are amazing, 10+ out of 10. Not only did they help get our luggage up the stairs, they found umbrellas for us to use on our outings and were there at every turn for anything we might need. The bar staff are super friendly and the cook was amazing. Breakfast is the best I've had, and there were several menu items to choose from. We stayed in the small apartment and really enjoyed having a separate area to watch TV and relax. All in all, we loved our stay here. We would like to return again some day and spend more time with these wonderful people. They truly are the best! ❤️

The whole property is quaint and just beautiful. We really enjoyed our stay at the Royal Oak. From the rooms to the location. We loved everything. The breakfast was delicious and made with quality ingredients. The rooms were perfect for our needs. Clean and beautifully decorated. Coming from a different country we did have some trouble with internet service but I think It has to do with our roaming service. We can't wait to return.

Our room was huge with large bathroom, clean and well presented. Bed was comfy. The food was amazing. We ate dinner and breakfast here and loved all of it. The servings were very large. Free parking was great.

O Pear Tree Inn está situado apenas a 20 minutos de carro de Bath, a menos de 10 minutos de carro da aldeia de Lacock, em National Trust, e da cidade mercantil de Bradford on Avon. The place is so pretty, the staff so friendly, spotlessly clean and staff working hard to keep it that way. the food was also excellent. We stayed in the Anjou room and can recommend it.
