The room was much better than I was expecting. Food and drink in the pub were good. The breakfast was very good value and the scrambled eggs were perfect.

The location is excellent, right in the middle of the holiday village of Thorpeness which is quaint, busy in the day and quiet at night. The restaurant is busy , though and worth booking. The rooms are lovely, very individual, well thought out and exceptionally clean, warm and welcoming. Tea and coffee facilities were good quality. The staff are truly lovely, friendly but not over friendly and the food was excellent. Their breakfast choices are wonderfully eclectic and locally sourced. We love this place and return regularly.

Este pequeño hotel rural de propiedad familiar situado al norte de Suffolk en su día fue una casa rural pública y, aunque ha sido completamente renovado, aún conserva su belleza y carácter histórico. Large and comfortable room, super king-size bed, amazing food in the restaurant and the friendliest, most welcoming staff you could hope for. Dog friendly too. We'll definitely be back for more.

The Queen's Head está en Hawkedon, a 12 km de Ickworth House, y dispone de alojamiento con jardín, parking privado gratis y bar. The Queens Head is a lovely country pub full of lovely country people. we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be returning again. Scott and Juliet are very friendly and helpful and nothing is too much trouble for them. The food is delicious and the service was very prompt.

The Bull is a historic coaching inn located in the center of charming Woodbridge. The property overlooks Market Hill with the impressive Elizabethan Shire Hall and the beautiful St Mary’s Church. Fantastic breakfast and great selection of beers.

Very quiet location but close to major roads to get you where you need to go, great pub atmosphere where everybody is friendly, great breakfast and evening meals, outstanding room and ensuite, very good value for money and of course you have the historically Beyton geese outside on the green
