The staff, as usual, make or break an Inn and the staff definitely made this a great stop. Breakfast, made to order or from the menu, was delicious and the coffee made my wife's morning. I contacted property asking for suggestions to eat out and got a prompt reply with lots of suggestions - the best one was Incognito cocktail bar and advised to book ahead - it was amazing! Kat was really friendly and helpful + cooked a fantastic delicious full breakfast - she is a little gem

Cromwell Arms is the best we’ve ever visited. Everything was first rate and first class Nothing was missing or spared. i wish we could have stayed a week. Room was excellent. Food was outstanding. Staff were amazing. Location was perfect.
