The quintessential English pub in a quintessential village. Food was fantastic; hosts excellent; rooms were lovely; bed comfy and all the facilities working well. Worth the slightly higher cost for the overall experience.

With spacious rooms and cooked breakfasts, there is also a restaurant and free Wi-Fi. the staff were very friendly, our room was very spacious and very good parking space for our car; small but nice breakfast buffet with a nice big selection for your freshly prepare main breakfast dish - very nice touch and delicious; also the free internet was very fast

The staff were all very good. Attention to to detail. Friendly and nothing to much trouble. Room very clean. Lovely food in the restaurant. Will definitely stay there again.
