We were greeted by a very friendly person, Judy. The apartment was clean and larger than expected. When I go back to Santo Domingo we will stay there again.

The inn has a terrace and is close to several places of interest, about 500m from the Catedral Primada de América, the Alcázar de Colón and the Museo de las casas reales. I was skeptical to book at first !!!! Cause of some comentarios that there’s no hot water … it’s not a 5 star for the price but it’s a cozy nice little hotel clean rooms specious with little kitchen very … central close to walking streets with resturant bars music and artists is along side the area … the owner is very helpful and a beautiful person … thanks for the treat

It’s a very modern and super clean hotel right in the center of the city. The service was always excellent. The roof terrace is exceptional, and the breakfast on the roof terrace is very good, too. only one suggestion: they should offer lunch and especially dinner on the roof terrace!

The hotel is beautiful and the location is great. It was very clean and the food I had for dinner was delicious! The staff, Lasandro and Roxy, were amazing. I had to fly back 12 hours after arriving due to an emergency back home. The staff came together and helped me get a COVID test at 11pm, arranged all my transport, and comforted me in my shaken state. I could not have asked for more professionalism and kindness during that time. Despite my room problem (noted on here as well), they remained professional and kind and provided good service.

I like that employee Yoel provided exceptional service in the dinning area. Gabriel at the front desk provide great customer service by assisting with the parking and retrieval of our rent car in the parking lot
