Robert the owner is simply a good person. The view is astounding, better than the hotel friends stayed at costing 10x the price. The well stocked bar is a honesty bar which says it all about the owner. If super luxury towels, staff that are treated like servants is what you seek, go somewhere else. Facilities are functional, bed comfy, air con in room etc. If kind people matter to you, where you can talk with staff as friends, or do your own thing in privacy just sharing a "good-morning", this is the place to stay.
Multiple lunch / supper food choices at a full range of prices a short walk down the hill. If walking the hill too much, (to get the view in the photos you have to be a couple hundred feet up) one of Roberts friends will drive you for a nominal fee. Included self serve breakfast is cereal, toast, fruit, yogurt, cold meats, cheese, hard boiled eggs which was good.

Breakfast choice was great! Some unusual dinner combinations & sometimes repetitive lunch options. Fun to have a 'cocktail of the day' as well as a variety of others. Great to be able to choose mini bar selection.
The warm welcome greetings, the view and near all: walking distance groceries, sweety’s, Cloggys restaurant great ocean views. Nelson attraction park including finning and shopping and let’s not forget Mama’s Delight missing that home feel meal felt at home. After Mama’s a trip to Pigeon point beach that crystal clear water beach.
Marvelous place. Set on a hillside, we had a beautiful panoramatic view from the terace and the pool. The sunsets are exceptional, with clear skies we could see St. Kitts and Montserrat on the horizon. We could also walk easily to Dickenson Bay beach, which itself is beautiful. Nice places to go out for lunch or dinner.
Fantastic all inclusive right by two beautiful beaches where you didn't have to leave at all. Staff were incredibly attentive and food was delicious. Fun add ons (massage, beach dinner) were well received and done. Would recommend to anyone, particularly the sunset room for a romantic view of the sea. The outdoor showers were lovely with an incredible view and very private.
Sean's welcome was delightfully chilled after a week's sailing. The room was spacious, bright and clean. Dinner and breakfast were lovely. The pace is chilled and the conversation is great but combined with a very efficient airport transfer so perfect! A really good value spot with great beach just over the road for a night. Thanks to Sean!
Great location, super friendly staff, relaxed but professional atmosphere, rustic charm.
Amazing staff, nothing was too much trouble. Very good food, plenty of choice, all freshly prepared and served to table. Good drinks choice. Clean and tidy beaches, good beach bar and bbq, watersports available . We liked the ‘rustic’ and simple no-fuss nature of the hotel, which might not be to everyone’s taste. I’d recommend spending time studying the hotel website and photo gallery before deciding.
Very welcoming and friendly staff - Lovely room. Beach Dinner was very well set up
The staff were awesome. The staff made the place and my stay very pleasant. Fantastic restaurant with awesome breakfast and dinner with an excellent choice of food. Great kindness and helpfulness by the owners and the manager. Perfect wifi in all areas (hall, room, restaurant, beach).
