The restaurant was very convenient and offered a nice variety of menu choices. We ate there twice for breakfast and twice for dinner. I loved the hooks near the door as you exit the room, it proved very HANDY for coats and sweaters. Last but not least, the location was great. We took the metro or the bus everywhere...no need for a car!

The Wharf is a nice place to spend the evenings in, strolling by Washington Channel, or having a dinner in one of the many restaurants around. L'Enfant Plaza subway station is within reasonable walking distance. You can also walk to the national mall and all its attractions. Although the rooms are a bit worn out, they are clean, and housekeeping does a good job. The breakfast is good enough, unless you're very picky.
