My second time back it's a 3-hour drive from where I live but it's worth it the scenery is beautiful the staff is great and very friendly and they have a great menu thank you Adam for making a delicious dinner and breakfast. I highly recomend this establishment and once you go chances are you are going to come back....Thank guys for your hospitality..see you guys soon.

For breakfasts; Had a Bagel with Lox that was very good, their french toast needs more egg on it though. Really enjoyed having a cigar with scotch from the bar there on the front porch that overlooks starlight lake. I stayed there between seasons and was upgraded to suite that had a super nice bath tub and shower. This establishment seems like a family owned and family staffed operation, it's like being a guest in someone's rather large home.

Not fancy, but it's fine, quiet and comfortable. Nothing fancy about an old hotel built in 1909, intended as a destination for city slickers back when RRs used to take them to escape New York, Newark, etc. in the summer.JamesSolo traveller
