The view was wonderful and inspiring, very relaxing! You can’t beat the breakfast, outstanding. We would have liked to have more information on things to do in the area. We were not aware of any special services offered by the hotel.

Had a great stay in Gloucester at John's Inn. Everything was well taken care of. Friendly hosts happy to help and talk about the area. Wonderful experience staying in a historic New England house right on the harbor.

Location right on the coast, but an inn of older design so only half the rooms get an ocean view. Although an older property it offered a timeless charm and appeal. Staff were universally friendly and helpful. They are working out some kinks in their food service caused by consequences of the pandemic and not unique to this property. Our room had instant hot water in the shower.

The website advertised a hot breakfast but only a cold bag breakfast was offered. We never saw or met the innkeeper, was not greeted, they left a number to text with questions. Was not warm or fuzzy.

What a great place to have ended our last two days of our vacation. We enjoyed sitting on the porch and watching the Rockport coast. The Inn owners were very kind. They even had made a early bird breakfast bag for us because we had to leave at 5:00 am to catch our flight home to California. Rockport is one of those hidden gems.

Everything about your inn was excellent...the easy checkin, comfortable beds, exceptionally clean bathroom, comfy towels. We didn't stay for breakfast as there was an after party breakfast event but we are sure it wold have been perfect! Nice going. A beautiful location as a huge bonus!

Rockport was a charming town and this Inn was charming as well. The owner was very nice and the place was clean and well maintained. The property is a summer rental for families and an Inn in the off season. The Inn is not a bed and breakfast so don't expect that but he does provide water, coffee and some kind of snack. I would not hesitate to book this place again.

The facility is well maintained and traditional. The grounds are beautiful with comfortable outdoor seating spread around the property. The views of the ocean were beautiful from our very comfortable room. Breakfast was served in the main building (There are three buildings on this property.) The food and wait staff were excellent. Everything was cooked to order and fresh. We plan to return to this Inn again.
