Location was beautiful, a little off the beaten path but exactly what we were looking for and there was a country store nearby we where we could grab food for lunch/early dinner without having to go back into Roanoke. The owners were super nice and accommodating, will definitely be back next time we're in that area.

The hosts were gracious, friendly and helpful. The breakfast included in the price was delicious, beautifully presented and unusual. They also served complementary wine and snacks before dinner. We had an unexpectedly great visit.

We've/ I've stayed at this facility well over a dozen times. This is our go-to hotel every trip up to Virginia to visit my mom, which I try to do every 3 months. There's a Longhorn steakhouse a quarter mile away that we hit every trip for dinner. A very reputable Chinese restaurant literally right across the street as well.

Of all the hotels in the area,I came home for a funeral, and upon speaking with Miss Brenda Gail at the front desk ,she knew my family, she offered me condolences ,and made me feel right at home. I also spoke with a member of the housekeeping staff named Lisa U who also knew my family, she was amazing as well. This was a perfect stay! This Comfort Inn was awesome: my stay there was incredible!

I’ve stayed at other Comfort Inns and hadn’t had an issue, but upon arriving there were dried bodily guilds on the bed sheets. Upon asking for a change of sheets, they gave me sheets which were 1) the wrong size and 2) had dried blood stains on them. They had been washed but after that I lost any desire to reside there for the night and booked a room at the Hyatt.
