The location of the cottages / rooms are amazing - right on the beach. The breakfast basket to your room was great and varied each day. My children loved the bikes and the hot tubs! and the rooms were a good size and very clean and well kept

This all-suites inn located in historic Newburyport features uniquely decorated rooms with a seating area and fireplace. The Merrimack River waterfront is 2 minutes’ walk from the inn.

You host was not fully booked for my stay and upgraded me to a better room without charge. Very thoughtful.
