I didn’t not get her name but she was very nice to me. I think the staff could use some customer service recommendations from her starting with the manager. Disturbing!!!!!! It was dark, dank and dirty looking. Upon my check in I was then told that my 2 RESERVED King bed rooms were NOT available. My only options, 2 beds or cancel!!! Disgusting!!!! I had absolutely no choice. The rooms were dirty. The hallways were dirty. The main lobby was dirty. I was appalled.
