Excellent Location for travel on to the Keys or Everglades and reasonably priced. We arrived on Thanksgiving Day and so were welcomed by the owner and his charming family.

The rooms are clean & spacious, have micro & fridge in rooms. The property is clean outside. The parking lot does not have liter on the ground. They have several ice makers. The breakfast is really good, with a variety of items for your breakfast choices. There is even a patio area to eat breakfast if you like. Although we didn't use it the pool was nice and clean and the picnic areas made a nice spot for many families sitting out there for dinner. Which hotel was in walking distance to 3 fast food places.

We picked up our picnic lunch at the nearby Walmart deli & stored it in the room fridge. At the front desk, Romi was cheerful & welcoming & helpful. We had a delicious dinner at the Capri across the street. We enjoyed the pool area and the hot breakfasts included in our stay - a good value & a good base for exploring the Everglades - thanks!

It has a refrigerator and a microwave. The is plenty of fast food, grocery, and convenient stores nearby. The place is pricey by my preference but cheaper than most others around. Staff was super helpful when I was in need.

Beds were comfortable, shower was good, and AC unit was one of the quietest we have experienced. Breakfast was provided and included cereals, yogurt, toast, muffins, and eggs;however, we did not partake in the breakfast as we always have our own food. There are also fast food restaurants and some nice dinner places nearby. Easy on and off the highway, but also very quiet.
