Very clean the staff were exceptionally friendly and always there to help. The room was perfect for what I needed very comfortable and really nice little touches for example sewing kits and ironing board. Would very much recommend.

    The staff were very friendly, nothing was too much trouble for them. Very clean and comfortable room with daily housekeeping. The Blue Anchor itself is situated in the midst of everywhere we wanted to visit. Finally had a meal in the award winning restaurant, it certainly didn't disappoint.

    Great room, nice and warm, ! Had dinner two nights running and it was lovely. (. Food was hot and great value) Service was excellent . Had breakfast this morning and it was cooked perfectly. We will come back. Great location for the WILKIN & SONS tea rooms and east Anglian railway museum.

    Dinner was very good, food and service couldn't be faulted. Liked that we could open the bedroom windows. Nice touch of homemade shortbread on hospitality tray, USB points on bedside lamps. Good amounts of hot water and shower powerful for an electric shower.

    The room was lovely and just the right size for myself and my partner. Dinner was amazing and having the choice of the classics menu or the festive menu was a nice touch. Breakfast was amazing too.
