Really lovely staff and clean tidy room. Nice added touches like a sandwich and drink in the room fridge, this was very welcome after a long day travelling

The room was nice, we received an SMS telling us the cleaner could not find the TV remote, it was sitting on the bed, I'm not sure if she did any cleaning at all

Our room was lovely- spacious and comfortable. The triple room could comfortably sleep 6 as there was a king bed (actually just two twins put together) and two sleeper sofas, making this great for a family. We arrived far past typical check-in since we booked last minute, but a woman helped us right away and brought extra bedding for the sleeper sofa. The sofas were also deep enough to for one person to sleep on without pulling the mattresses out since the back cushions are removable. The room was very clean, and it had been tastefully renovated. There were charming historic details like built-in bookshelves and dormer windows which let in lots of light. There was also a kettle with plenty of options for hot drinks as well as a mini-fridge- the only accommodation on our trip to have one!
