It was close to town and the seafront. It felt like a ‘safe place’ as I was familiar with The Union. I have eaten and drank many many times as I live in Cowes.

100 percent recommend staying on the boat. It's clean, well kept, the hosts are so helpful and have stocked with basics needed for cooking. The shower and loo facilities at the marina are clean and very well kept. We used the boat as a base for paddleboarding and made our way up to the folly Inn for drinks and fish and chips. And we paddled all the way up to Cowes too. And you can take a river taxi up to Cowes for an evening out too

Great view from the dining room of the sea. Breakfast was high quality and well prepared. Good choice of food, dinner menu was varied and sounded good - however I didn't get to try as ate out. Very comfy bed and pillows, few seating areas to chill out in plus a bar.

Host was fantastic. Room was perfect. Breakfast was excellent - just what we needed for a 40 mile cycle. Recommendation to eat in Duke Of York Inn for dinner was great. Storage for our bikes in their garage was the icing on the cake.
