Breakfast was excellent but couldn't find the black pudding 🤔. Dinner was excellent. Nice to sit in gardens with a drink.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The dinner and breakfast were very good and value for money. A special shout out to Jo on reception who went the extra mile to make sure everything was ok with our stay and that our taxi was on time.

The best: room was spacious and in good condition. Clean, well-decorated. Comfortable beds. The staff are first rate, all friendly and helpful. The dinner and breakfast were good, not outstanding, but good.

This place was really good. The only operational issue is that the food is chilly when you get it. Breakfast the same as dinner. Also we would like to see healthy breakfast options.

Chislehurst is a good location for a weekend break. The Crown is opposite the common on a quiet road. The rooms are nicely decorated and the beds comfortable. Bathroom facilities are excellent. Breakfast is plentiful and there's a good choice of cooked food, or muesli, etc. The dinner menu is good and the prices very reasonable. The steak is particularly good value. This was our second visit (for nearby Brands Hatch) and we look forward to going again.

I have stayed at the Innkeeper's Lodge at Beckenham in the past so booked again. Its ideal for business trips. Good location and is a Toby Carvery too. Clean, good wi-fi, free parking (but spaces during pub open times don't come easy).
